Simplicity at the service of growth

Thibault Gugelmann holds a Master’s degree in Swiss law (University of Lausanne), an LL.M. in European law (Europa-Institut, Saarbrücken), and a CAS in Compliance. He began his career in asset servicing at banking institutions in Paris, before joining FINMA in Berne, where he authorised asset managers, investment funds, and custodian banks. He subsequently served as a Senior Compliance Officer at an alternative fund manager in Lutry, and then as an Executive Member of SO-FIT, the supervisory body for portfolio managers and trustees. Thibault is also a graduate of the Digital Learning Institute, specialising in digital instructional design. Drawing on his international experience, he can support you in French, English, German, Italian and in Spanish.

Behind the scenes, he has witnessed first-hand how regulatory complexity weighs on those who play by the rules.
